Dive Mobile - Somerset PADI, IAHD & DSAT Scuba Diver Training - Instructor & Scuba Diving Courses in South West England

Dive Mobile is Somerset's only PADI National Geographic Dive Centre and is located in Blackford, only 10 minutes from Junction 22 off the M5. Click here for the map. Dive Mobile is also a PADI Five Star Instructor Development (NVQ Vocational) Centre, Duke of Edinburgh Full Access Organisation, HSE First Aid at Work Training Facility, the UK Office for Scuba Scene Ltd and the first worldwide stockist of DNA Divewear.

The centre is open all year round, Tuesday 10am-2pm, Wednesday 10am-6pm, Thursday 10am-6pm, Friday 10am-6pm, Saturday 10am-6pm, with Sundays a diving day! On site, the shop offers kit sales, repairs and servicing, and a heated training tank means that there is always a good reason to jump in the water.

This months speciality is National Geographic - why not book your place now.

7th Sept - Club night come along to the pool for a dive or join us for a drink at the The Lamb in Weare from 6.30pm.

21st Sept - West Bay dive trip. 2 dives with Keith Ferris on Ruby J, cost £55 for non members. £45 for members.

22nd Sept - We are off to Malta for 7 days of diving and relaxation trip is full but we will be running another in 2009 - call for further details

Oct 08

Speciality of the month is Night Diver- regular courses running all month.

4th and 5th Oct - We have a dive trip going out of Plymouth. To dive the Scyliia and James Egan Layne. Book your place now. Only £40 for two dives.

5th Oct - Club night. Come along to The Lamb in Weare from 6.30pm to meet fellow divers. See whats happening. You can also get into the pool beforehand. Call for more details.

18th Oct - West Bay dive trip. We usually do a wreck dive followed by a reef dive only £45 for members, (55 for non members) for two dives.

September's Specialty of the Month is National Geographic Diver.

Nowadays most people have the opportunity of remember what the saw on a dive for a lot longer. By completing the DUP speciality you learn all about the operation of the camera, how to have the best opportuntiy of recording a great picture and then how you can use computer software to clean up an image.

National Geographic Open Water Course - £375 (normally £450 - includes Nat Geo crewpack and 1 additional dives)

National Geographic Speciality Course - £130 (normally £145 includes Nat Geo almanac and 3 dives)
